- Who We Are: Elliot Health System’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide individual and group-based treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
- PHP and IOP are for individuals who need care that is more intensive than individual outpatient programs but not as intensive as residential treatment.
- Depending on their role, staff can provide case coordination, assist participants in accessing community-based services, provide medication management, evaluate participants for medical issues, and more.

- Assists providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas.
