Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships and creating trust with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- experience in contracts, legal operations, or a closely related field, with direct exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or financial technology •
- Experience drafting or negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements, data licensing agreements and an understanding of financial operations workflows (fund accounting, reconciliation, reporting, or similar) are strongly preferred and will significantly shorten ramp time •
- Experience negotiating agreements which incorporate AI component terms, and
- experience using AI tools to drive efficiency are strongly preferred
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work constructively across legal, business, and technical stakeholders •
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a J.D. or paralegal certification is a plus

- The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00-$180,000.00.

- Arcesium seeks a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team.
- In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a broad and complex contract portfolio spanning SaaS and professional services agreements, data licensing agreements, software licenses, and vendor and counterparty agreements.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and strategic partners while coordinating closely with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance internally.
- The ideal candidate brings domain fluency in financial operations and enterprise software—enabling faster ramp time and higher-quality negotiations—and a track record of building scalable legal operations processes in a high-growth technology environment.
