Requirements
- What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loader to move, stockpile, and feed materials for hot mix asphalt production Load trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas and traffic flow within the plant Communicate with plant personnel to support production targets and schedule demands What Are We Looking For Proficiency in safely operating heavy equipment,
