Requirements

The Data Analyst team member will work with the Senior Manager Data Analytics and other methodologists to learn the Value Connect methods from the ground up in order to develop a deep understanding of the nuances of the Product and its use within the industry.
Qualifications: Graduate degree in biostatistics, information systems or healthcare-related field or 2+ years work
experience in IT or Healthcare Analytics industry 3+ years of working with health care claims data.
This includes medical coding systems and groupers (i.e., CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10, NDC, MS DRG, etc.) and common health care data terminology Familiarity with health care data quality assurance routines and expected outcomes, including an understanding of poor data quality and its impact on methods and analytics Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, AI tools, Power BI,UAT & Functional Testing's, Functional/UI Spec- Documentation Proven excellent oral and written communication skills At UnitedHealth Group, our
