Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business KPI design and measurements, improve accuracy and recommend investment optimization opportunities Establish a continuous test & learn culture through ongoing assessment and communication of results Drive open-ending analyses to gather insights to help reduce digital
- Lead multi-product and cross channel analyses to understand the effectiveness of new and existing product vs. digital marketing impact, propose investment optimization strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics to provide insights.
Requirements

- Utilize SAS/SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets Required Skills/Knowledge Bachelors degree with 6+ years of
- experience in analytics; preferably financial services, retail, and/or ecommerce or in lieu of a degree 8+ years of
- experience in analytics. Minimum 2+ years of
- experience with web analytics reporting tools (ie. Adobe/Google Analytics). Clicktale
- experience is a plus Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SQL experience; demonstrated ability to apply advanced algorithms and efficiently manage complex/large datasets.
- Hands-on capability with coding, Tableau, and multiple data sources Familiarity with statistical methods and tools such as decision trees, regression, segmentation, NLP, and GPT.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Experience synthesizing insights from structured analyses to inform business decisions and communicating with stakeholders in an effective manner Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAS programming and Python experience.
