Lead H&W Optimization Activities: Drive adoption and usage of these centralized tools by creating actionable insights around campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROMI across campaigns.
Lead the Marketing Optimization team: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and act as a thought partner to business users & US counterparts Be hands-on in data & Analytics : Be a hands-on leader and be able to personally dive into data, conduct analysis, prototype tools, especially in early stages of tool development or for highly strategic projects.
Build, Implement & Manage H&W Marketing Measurement Roadmap : Develop and implement a time-bound, tangible and detailed analytics roadmap (around use case development, design of approach, and H&W feature expansion) for the H&W scalable measurement tool & case study development, outlining key milestones, resources, and timelines for achieving long-term goals.
