Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, recommending improvements and optimisations where needed.
- Coordinate the planning, delivery, and tracking of customer assets and promotional materials.
- Support customer engagement initiatives including newsletters, events, incentive programmes, and tailored communications.
- Prepare campaign analysis and ROI reporting to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage activation budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of activities.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, customer engagement, brand activation, events, or a related field.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Confidence using CRM platforms, marketing tools, and data reporting systems such as Salesforce or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and markets.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
