Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives — from defining scope and success metrics to execution and impact tracking.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights using tools like Power BI / Tableau.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical and operational initiatives.
Track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
Establish lightweight processes to improve execution rigor, visibility, and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of
experience managing analytical programs and cross-functional initiatives of varying scope and complexity.
experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals — scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes without formal authority.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus. •
Experience in SaaS, Product Operations, or analytics-driven roles is an advantage.
