Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives — from defining scope and success metrics to execution and impact tracking.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights using tools like Power BI / Tableau.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical and operational initiatives.
- Track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Establish lightweight processes to improve execution rigor, visibility, and accountability.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of
- experience managing analytical programs and cross-functional initiatives of varying scope and complexity.
- experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals — scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus. •
- Experience in SaaS, Product Operations, or analytics-driven roles is an advantage.
