- The Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team is responsible for the compliance testing, government reporting, plan terminations, and retirement plan compliance for our client’s bundled clients.
- The team ensures cross-functional alignment in iterating and executing the annual retirement plan administration process, overseeing the retirement plan compliance of our client’s clients and driving product improvements.
- The RPA team is seeking an experienced retirement plan administrator to join this dynamic and agile team to handle the plan terminations.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who can manage their own block of responsibilities, confidently answer retirement plan questions and collaborate with the team to improve workstreams.
- Year end testing for DC plans & 5500s for terminating DC plans (EZ, SF and large)
- Communicate with clients throughout the termination process Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retirement plan administration experience
- Ideally has worked on plan terminations and/or plan documents
- Shows ownership and initiative in all aspects of work QKA certifications Shift: 9am - 6pm ET
