• Spotify is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to serve as the dedicated finance partner for our Distribution Partnerships team.
• Distribution Partnerships play an important role in Spotify's growth strategy by working with strategic partners to expand user acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention through innovative distribution and marketing initiatives.
• In this role, you'll build the financial foundations that help shape partnership decisions.
• You'll develop robust business cases, subscriber models, and end-to-end P&L analyses that connect user growth with business outcomes.
• You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and provide insights that help leaders make confident, data-informed decisions.
