Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute sales enablement programs in the country, including training initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, materials, and tracking for instructor-led and online training for sales teams and partners.
- Manage learning and sales enablement platforms, including course setup, user management, and completion tracking.
- Support sales operations processes through data maintenance, system updates, and ongoing operational activities.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of
- experience in sales enablement, sales operations, training coordination, business operations, or a related support role.
- Experience working with data, reporting, and system administration to support business processes.
- Exposure to training programs, learning platforms, sales systems (Power BI and Tableau) , or operational processes preferred.
