Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for Home and Business Moves across domestic and B2B journeys •
- Deliver an end-to-end move experience, from notification through to billing handoff •
- Design scalable solutions to support international markets and regulatory frameworks •
- Drive AI-led innovation, including intelligent exception handling and automated occupancy detection •
- Define and track product performance metrics such as completion rates, automation and customer satisfaction Key outcomes: •
Requirements
- experience through automation and AI‑driven insight, all underpinned by modern, cloud‑native architecture.
- You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for moves, simplifying industry complexity through scalable, AI-enabled product solutions.
- experience delivering a complex, integration-heavy SaaS product end-to-end •
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and event-driven architectures •
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions and communicate clearly •
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships •
