Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. 5–8 years of
- experience in Philippine taxation, covering both direct and indirect taxes. Hands-on
- experience in withholding taxes (EWT, WTW/Form 1601C, FBT, FWT), VAT compliance, and DST.
- Experience issuing and managing BIR Form 2307, supporting statutory and BIR audits, and handling BIR notices and tax queries.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations (RRs, RMCs), and tax account reconciliation.
- Experience coordinating with AP and AR teams and working with external tax advisors.

- Responsible to manage the direct and indirect tax for two Philippines entities. Key
- EWT, WTW (Form 1601C), FBT, FWT, DST (as & when required) Preparation/issuance of CWT – Form 2307 to vendors Validate/reconcile the indirect tax accounts Work with AP (accounts payable) closely, to ensure the team is withholding tax correctly per the prescribed rate Engage with AR for the CWT from customers vis-à-vis managing the certificates per BIR mandate Support local business for any tax certificate and compliances Participation & support for the yearly statutory audit for the two entities Frontend
- Responsible for tax documents record retention Manage routine tax notice and enquiries from BIR Monitoring updates on BIR issuances (RRs, RMCs) Any other tax related support as and when called for.
- Background in a multinational, shared services, or BPO environment is an advantage; RPT exposure preferred.
