Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Natera's oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.
- Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption of Natera's oncology portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
- Conduct all business activities with integrity while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Build relationships with nationally recognized physicians, academic medical centers, and leading health systems at the forefront of precision oncology.
Requirements
- Join Natera's Gynecologic Oncology Histology specialty team as a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS), where you'll help expand access to innovative MRD testing for patients with gynecologic cancers.
- In this high-impact, field-based role, you will drive the adoption and growth of Signatera, Natera's personalized MRD ctDNA assay, helping clinicians monitor disease and make more informed treatment decisions throughout the patient journey.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement. •
- Experience calling on GYN Oncologists, GYN ONC Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other GYN oncology stakeholders preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of oncology market dynamics, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and healthcare reimbursement is preferred. Why Natera?

Experience
- 5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within GYN Oncology, GYN Surgical Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.

- The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, along with a comprehensive

- The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
- It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.

- LOCATION: This territory covers the Carolinas and the Mid-Atlantic region, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and portions of Pennsylvania.
- Frequent travel throughout the territory is required.
- As a trusted clinical and commercial partner, you will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, hospital systems, and community oncology practices.
- Working collaboratively with internal partners, you will expand access to Signatera by partnering with Gynecologic Oncologists, Gynecologic Oncology Surgeons, and Medical Oncologists who care for patients with gynecologic cancers.
- We are looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage GYN oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
- Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
