Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize procurement processes.
Requirements
- What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, with preference for advanced degrees or certifications. 4-6 years in procurement/sourcing with two years in leadership roles (preferred).
- Skilled in procurement software and tools, with extensive experience in SAP.

- What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services to support the operations of the plant.
- Working with Group and Regional Procurement in identifying and defining needs and running RFQs.
- Provide continuous help and instruction relevant to the automated purchasing systems to other departments.
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoices questions and problems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Effective supplier relationship management and strategic procurement planning.
