Responsibilities
- Support the consistent implementation of retail standards, brand guidelines, and operational best practices across the franchise network.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities that help franchise partners strengthen capabilities, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, and other internal teams to support new programs, digital tools, and retail initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, business performance, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of future retail strategies.
- Support the growth and sustainability of the franchise network by contributing to partner acquisition, onboarding, business case development, and franchise retention initiatives.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field. 7+ years of
- experience in retail, sales, business development, franchise management, or a customer-facing commercial environment.
- Experience in the automotive, mobility, tire, or related industry is considered an advantage.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
