- This role is critical in defining the market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) execution for RAAPID’s AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- GTM Strategy & Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Sales Enablement: Build a world-class sales enablement engine, providing the Demand Gen and Sales teams with the playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence needed to win.
- experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading GTM strategies for B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software.
- Industry Knowledge (mandatory): Deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare sector, particularly within risk adjustment, value-based care, or AI-driven healthcare tech.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI technicalities into clear business value for C-suite executives.
- Experience working with AI/ML-based products and a strong understanding of "Agentic AI" applications in healthcare. •
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value enterprise accounts. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Pardot). •
- Experience with Sales Intelligence and Research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, SFDC, ZoomInfo).
- Strong command of data analytics to measure campaign impact and pipeline influence. Core Competencies
