Responsibilities
- Track and analyze service KPIs (including FOS data, casing, and inspection results) to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Goodyear service and casing processes, maximizing asset utilization and supporting cost efficiency.
- Develop, communicate, and follow up on clear action plans to drive measurable service and performance improvements.
- Support onboarding of new PPK customers through vehicle inspections, system setup, and service readiness activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver contracted service levels and profitable fleet performance.
- Promote and support the adoption of Goodyear tools, systems, and best practices across the service network.
Requirements
- Experience in fleet operations, service quality, audits, automotive, tyre, or technical field services.
- Strong auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical improvement actions.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Benefits
