Responsibilities

Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer demands and optimize delivery schedules.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

What Are We Looking For Daily operation of a ready-mix batch plant ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete while adhering to safety protocol Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency and team development.
experience with plant and equipment operations along with preventive and predictive maintenance.
Planning and budgeting, effective and efficient operations management, equipment utilization, safety and environmental compliance as well as personnel management Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and capability.

Work Environment This role operates in a combination of plant, field, and office environments.
The position may require extended hours, early mornings, or weekends based on operational needs.
Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, and a production setting is expected.
