Requirements
- experience in sales area with preference in automotive industry business operation. Preferable in sales from a parts suppliers or tire industry background Minimum 10 years
- experience in sales business negotiation role Minimum 5 years concurrent
- experience in project management & managing expenses / budgets with projects coordination & strategic planning
- Experience at running pricing simulations, creating business quotation & writing business contracts for product supply preferably in automotive parts industry
- Experience at establishing the executing strategies of growth of a regional business with multiple product manufacturing locations in Latin America Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent KEY SKILLS Strong ability for leading and conducting Global Negotiations with top 10 OEM`s Business negotiation & sales techniques Building collaboration & diplomacy Demonstrating accountability Improving business performance Communicating & presenting in front of external customers and internal senior management Performing in challenging business environments Good understanding of technical aspects of tires & product marketing,
