- THE ROLE As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents.
- You will get to show prospects how cutting-edge AI can transform their compliance operations, presenting to both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.
- - Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve our customers’ most pressing problems.
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVES: - A strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value. - Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code in real-time. - A consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
