Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Dayton territory to help drive revenue growth and achieve quota Assisting with surgical case coverage and providing technical support in operating room environments Managing demo inventory including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product availability Delivering product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff Transporting inventory between customer accounts to support clinical needs Building foundational knowledge of Trauma
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
experience Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel Self motivated and results driven mindset with a desire to grow in medical device sales Preferred
experience in orthopedics or clinical roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or Athletic Trainer All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the
