Requirements

- WHAT YOU’LL DO - System Design & Development: Design and implement scalable backend endpoints and distributed systems using Python.
- - Database Modeling: Build and optimize data models across Postgres, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- - Infrastructure: Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- IDEAL BACKGROUND - 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience, including senior-level responsibilities. - Strong proficiency in Python with
- experience with Postgres, DynamoDB, and Redis. - Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS for infrastructure and deployment. - Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, best practices). - Track record of delivering high-quality, well-structured, performant code. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience in fintech, credit cards, or financial platforms. - Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools. - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
