- Purpose As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for delivering the recruitment volume request by the business.
- You advise and align priorities on candidates with your stakeholders, ensuring the performance of your processes is aligned with the company’s standards.
- Responsibilities You are responsible for establishing a partnership relationship with your stakeholders, ensuring actions that deliver what is necessary, while respecting the policies, processes, and procedures of your expertise.
- You are accountable for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including job offer extensions and ATS data maintenance.
- You are accountable for ensuring a positive candidate
- You take a role-centric approach, analysing both internal and external candidates through competency-based assessments to ensure the most suitable candidate is selected for the position.
- You are accountable for building and growing talent pipelines for both recurrent and unique roles through various channels.
- You are accountable for generating interest for roles through effective use of recruitment sources.
- You are accountable for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders for alignment and commitment throughout the recruitment process.
- You are accountable for monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
