- THE ROLE We’re hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead the charge in deploying our AI agents into the complex and highly regulated environments of major banks and fintechs.
- You will be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring our AI solutions solve real-world financial crime challenges while driving the expansion of our enterprise partnerships.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the end-to-end deployment of Bretton AI’s agents in highly regulated banking environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.
- experience in a B2B, customer-facing technical role such as AI deployment, product management, or strategy consulting. - Proven
- experience working with highly regulated industries, particularly banking or financial services.
- - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with banking executives.
- - A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to dig into granular details for enterprise customers.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). - Previous
- experience at a startup, particularly in scaling customer deployments for enterprise clients. - A background in compliance, risk management, or financial services operations. -
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and building executive-level relationships.
