Responsibilities

Requirements

- This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry insight, working closely with our go-to-market, operations, and product/engineering teams to ensure our customers continue to grow successfully with Middesk.
- - Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate challenges and optimize their use of Middesk.
- experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role. -
- Experience managing mid-market customers and driving retention, renewals, and engagement. - Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both operational and executive stakeholders. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and support product adoption. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping customers succeed. NICE-TO-HAVE: -
- Experience in financial services, risk management, or B2B compliance is a plus. - Bachelors Degree+
