Requirements
- This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
- Qualifications - Current RBT Certification (required) - Previous
- experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) -
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) -
