Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

Responsibilities

Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, encompassing: onboarding and trial experience, product features adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing.
Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.
Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness.
Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms. What You Bring

experience with deep technical products.
experience with Product Led Growth. Demonstrated
experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.
experience in product adoption and analysis.
experience with Elasticsearch or similar search/database technologies.
Experience with cloud service providers marketplaces.
Ability to craft your calendar with flexible locations and schedules for many roles

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
