- We are hiring for a Senior Recruiter to join our Japan Go To Market hiring efforts.
- In this role, you will act as a true talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, driving the expansion of our sales and GTM teams.
- You will operate autonomously, utilizing your deep market expertise, AI-driven strategies, and extensive network to hire top-tier talent for Cloudflare. Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams, functioning similarly to how a salesperson puts together a go-to-market plan.
- Proactive Pipeline & Passive Candidate Outreach: Draw upon your extensive network of industry contacts and candidates to build pipeline strategies for a variety of GTM roles with a heavy focus on Account Executives and Customer Engineers.
- AI-Driven Efficiency & Process Optimization: Integrate AI tools to enhance your daily productivity, such as using generative AI to craft highly personalized outreach messages at scale, automate repetitive administrative workflows, and synthesize market data to inform your talent strategies.
- Extensive GTM Recruiting
- Experience: You are a respected Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of success, and well-versed in your craft.
