Responsibilities
- Build processes to make them readily and reliably available to everyone Provide Meaningful Data-driven Insights to Drive Business Growth Lead complex deep-dive into business metrics, identify bottlenecks and growth triggers.
- Make recommendations to the business heads on the next course of action Work with the data analysts to build and maintain powerful dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-informed decisions in real time Build an A+ Analytics team Nurture a team of highly skilled analysts by building strong frameworks for 1:1 coaching, performance management, and individual development plan Create a hiring roadmap and own hiring targets to scale the analytics team as business needs grow Refine Data Architecture
