Responsibilities

Build processes to make them readily and reliably available to everyone Provide Meaningful Data-driven Insights to Drive Business Growth Lead complex deep-dive into business metrics, identify bottlenecks and growth triggers.
Make recommendations to the business heads on the next course of action Work with the data analysts to build and maintain powerful dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-informed decisions in real time Build an A+ Analytics team Nurture a team of highly skilled analysts by building strong frameworks for 1:1 coaching, performance management, and individual development plan Create a hiring roadmap and own hiring targets to scale the analytics team as business needs grow Refine Data Architecture
