Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations across multiple business units and locations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting
- Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and operational visibility
- Mentor and develop finance team members
Requirements
- CPA designation required
- Experience supporting operational and multi-site business environments
- Strong technical accounting foundation, including knowledge of ASPE/IFRS, financial reporting standards, and internal controls, with the ability to translate accounting complexity into clear business insights for operational and executive stakeholders
- Experience working within complex and evolving organizations
- ERP systems experience required
