Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for advanced soft tissue repair device systems Partner with Research and Development and Quality teams to support design for manufacturability and ensure robust production processes Develop, validate, and implement equipment, fixtures, and tooling for assembly and inspection Support the transfer of processes from development into high volume manufacturing Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field
experience in manufacturing engineering or process development
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks is preferred Competences: Familiarity with regulated environments such as medical devices is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and
experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean or DMAIC Ability to support process development and validation activities with guidance You. Unlimited.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $65,000-$97,500 USD annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
