Responsibilities
- Ensure serial-number–level tracking for all devices.
- Maintain zero loss and zero undocumented movement. 2. Inward Inventory Management (IT → Inventory)
- Record all inward movements immediately in: Manual registers Google Sheets
- Ensure no item goes out without prior entry.
- Perform daily reconciliation between: Physical stock Google Sheets
- Track overdue or missing items and follow up proactively. 5. Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Maintain clean, structured Google Sheets trackers.
- Ensure inventory area access is controlled.
- Support audits and internal checks as required.
- Maintain high compliance standards for asset handling. Skills &
Requirements
