- You will: - Win new business across machine shops, precision job shops, and contract manufacturers, this is the core of the role - Pick up OEM, prime, and tier 1 accounts opportunistically when relationships open the door, but the day-to-day is shop floors - Own the full sales cycle, prospecting, first call, plant visit, quote, close, and ongoing account management - Walk machine shop floors, sit with owners, buyers, programmers, and engineers, understand the parts they make and the metal they need -
