Responsibilities
- Own program management end-to-end, from launch planning through ongoing operations, including creating launch plans, driving internal alignment on milestones and deliverables, managing workstream trackers, and ensuring quality of deliverables
- Act as the central hub across cross-functional internal teams supporting the program; drive alignment on priorities and decisions, escalate issues with the right context, and be accountable for resolution
- Monitor program health and performance on a regular cadence; lead structured deep dives on customer experience, operational quality, and other key areas; present findings and share data and insights internally and with partners
- Drive program optimization and manage the joint roadmap with partners, own the project intake process, gather
- requirements and impact sizing from partners, coordinate prioritization across internal teams, and ensure execution against agreed commitments
- Identify and address gaps in processes, partner experience, or operational execution, proactively flagging risks and driving continuous improvement across the program lifecycle Experience 5+ years of

- experience in complex, multi-team environments and externally-facing programs
- Strong program management skills, ability to drive multiple structured workstreams simultaneously across a wide range of stakeholders without losing sight of the details
- Experience managing joint roadmaps, intake processes, or cross-functional prioritization frameworks
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve
- Familiarity with the AV, automotive, or mobility ecosystem is a plus Benefits:

- The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
