Requirements
- This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting life sciences companies, work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment, and collaborate effectively with different departments within the organization. Key
- Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 5+ years with a preference given to life sciences/pharma industry experience.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law is essential. Significant redlining and contract review and negotiation
Benefits
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range $84,000 - $126,000 .
- In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.

- The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues related to the life sciences industry, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, acquisitions, data processing and intellectual property.
