- Develop and review project related site agreements to ensure proper contract terms and see through to execution including CDAs and SCCs Perform site contracts and budget negotiations for different types of projects including negotiation of contractual terms with other contracting parties Work cross-functionally and follow up to resolve contract issues to meet deadlines and to minimize business and legal risk Assist in managing overall contract processes and client relationships and
Requirements
