We are seeking a highly skilled and delivery-focused Salesforce Development Manager to lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and quality engineers based in India.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Revenue Cloud / RLM, combined with the organizational ability to manage a full software development lifecycle and a cross-cultural, globally distributed team.
You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our US-based and India-based teams, drive platform excellence, own architectural decisions, and ensure our Salesforce solutions are delivered with precision, scalability, and speed.
- Technical Architecture & Development - Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools.
