Responsibilities
- Improve and troubleshoot machine-level equipment with hands-on expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, heat exchangers, heating/cooling units).
- Execute and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies in a 24/7 production environment.
- Analyze breakdowns, chronic failures, and production losses using SAP PM and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability) to drive reliability improvements.
- Define lubrication strategies, implement automatic lubrication systems, and standardize spare parts strategies based on asset criticality and lifecycle cost.
Requirements
- What You’ll Bring Basic
- Qualifications VI/VII degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 5 years of
- experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing Advanced English language skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Collaborative team player with
- Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability improvement methods Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and reporting We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
