- Your mission is simple: ensure reporting to our insurance partners is accurate and timely.
- You will play a critical role in keeping the insurance industry running smoothly Success means: - All reports are delivered on the 1st working day of each month - Zero reporting errors or data discrepancies - Great NPS and feedback from our insurance partners
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Own reporting delivery end-to-end for insurance partners - Investigate and resolve data discrepancies - Build reporting processes and controls that improve accuracy and scalability - Partner with engineering and operations to improve data quality and automation
