- Perform research and validate plan setup and changes made to plans.
- Compose routine written correspondence and conduct research into problems and inquiries Ability to multitask and utilize dual monitors to work in multiple operating systems or vendor sites simultaneously Create and update procedures/SOP & checklists Adheres to the standard service deadlines Ability to handle fast paced order processing environment, repetitive duties and ability to embrace change positively Competencies: Innovative: Challenges established ways of doing things by sharing resourceful ideas
- - Responsible for the support and processing of plan level changes as directed by clients and internal stakeholders Handle complex task types with eye to detail while making changes in system Assign & monitor work allocation in absence of Lead Analyze, accurately process, and review for quality assurance system changes to existing information on the recordkeeping system based on queue requests and source documentation provided and submitted by various internal teams within established
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field. 2-4 years business related
- experience required Minimum 2 years of prior
- experience with the recordkeeping system, including plan level setup’s & maintenance Excellent time management Excellent verbal and written communication Prior
