Responsibilities
- Lead a team of recruiters covering non-quota-carrying and R&D hiring across EMEA — including Engineering, R&D, Sales Engineering, and G&A/Marketing/Corp — holding a clear, well-calibrated bar for talent across the team.
- Coach and develop recruiters, helping them grow from strong execution into independent ownership: planning searches, driving reqs to close, and holding stakeholder trust
- Own the recruiting relationship with Director + engineering and business stakeholders across EMEA, building deep enough business and technical context to be a credible, consultative partner rather than an order-taker.
- Improve signal-to-noise at every stage of the process: sharper role definition, stronger screens, and more consistent interview evaluation and calibration with hiring managers.
- Design a research-centric approach to hiring across EMEA: talent mapping, deliberate outreach, and long-term relationship building, adapted to the specific dynamics of European talent markets.
Requirements

- experience in full-cycle recruiting, with credible depth in senior software engineering hiring. Proven
- experience of leading and developing recruiting teams across multiple disciplines and locations via both in person and remote leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and executive presence with senior level stakeholders.

- Annual Base Salary £104,400 — £130,500 GBP Total Rewards
