- experience in supply chain/Logistics B-Com degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or any other related field.
- Knowledge of ERP, or other advanced planning tools is a plus.

- What will you be doing? The role forms part of the Supply Chain Division and is responsible in the planning of inbound inventory to the local warehouse as well as the 3PL warehouse.
- This role is entitled to manage the inbound logistics activities until stock is available for sales.
- Be responsible for administering the long-term successful relationship between third party logistics partners while ensuring continuous operational improvements through teamwork and the use of data driven key performance metrics.
- This position will also be the liaison responsible for ensuring that timely, accurate and clear communications occur between both parties electronically, in-writing and verbally.
- The Logistics Planner is responsible for collaborating with the finance team by performing analysis and closure on cash flow queries, goods in transit and managing/administrating the inbound freight transporters activities.
- What will you need to be successful? To manage shipments from supplier to warehouse OTIF To manage all customs processes to ensure timely delivery of inventory To manage freight forwarder costs (Standing time, Delivery costs etc.) To ensure all international vendor invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner To contribute to the goods in transit accuracy and reporting.
- To Evaluate and lead automation and system improvements across all channels of the Logistics function.
- To manage and collaborate with Finance team regarding Local and international creditors.
