Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • - Drive monthly media budget allocation, CAC targets, and ROAS efficiency across all channels and geographies.
  • - Build and scale digital partnerships with OEMs, ad networks, and affiliates: from deal negotiation through integration and ongoing performance management.
  • - Build cross-border growth playbooks that don't yet exist: no inherited structure, no inherited constraints.

Requirements

  • - Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads at the structural level: you make campaign architecture decisions independently, not just read dashboards.
  • - Analytical by default: fluent in GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), Excel/Sheets, and able to answer "so what" from data rather than just report numbers.
  • Strong advantages: SQL or BI tool fluency (Looker, Mode, Metabase), familiarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing, exposure to creative testing frameworks. Not required.

Experience

  • WHO YOU ARE - 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in consumer apps or fintech with multi-market exposure.
