- experience across public accounting and/or in-house at a multinational, high-growth company - Hands-on
- experience with preparing international components of quarterly and annual tax provisions - Strong working knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, BEAT and related international reporting concepts) - Extensive
- experience in financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance and audits -
- Experience partnering effectively across Accounting, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders - Proven ability to operate independently, manage complexity, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments - Public company
- experience - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- NICE TO HAVES: - CPA and/or Master of Taxation is preferred - OECD Pillar Two
