Responsibilities

Maintain constant awareness of program objectives, plans, schedules, upcoming events, risks, issues, changes and change-control, and current performance status.
Assure customer commitments are met, and program assets are effectively managed.
Maintain constant vigilance in all day-to-day activities to assure proactive management of risk, issues, and changes.
Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.
Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis.

Must possess excellent communication/presentation skills and be able to work effectively with diverse personalities and various levels of management.
Experience with DoD-related programs in progressively more responsible technical and program leadership positions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Experience leading transition to production, and full rate production programs.Formal training in Project Management, including PMP certification is preferred.
Ability to construct and manage to a WBS & SOW.
Advance knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems and Risk and Opportunity Analysis.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with frequent demanding deadlines.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $106,500.00 - $197,500.00.
