As the sole Recruiter for South East Asia, you’ll own hiring outcomes across the region end to end.
You’ll act as the primary recruiting partner to senior hiring managers, bringing deep market knowledge, strong judgment, and a high bar for quality as we scale teams across different Business functions.
This role is about regional ownership: building trust with stakeholders, influencing hiring strategy, and ensuring we consistently hire exceptional talent in complex, competitive markets.
You will be based in Singapore, our latest hub, and should be excited by an in-office working culture when we have the office set up.
There may be occasional travel across SEA to meet stakeholders and close senior candidates.
