Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven
experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals - required
Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics
Excellent understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
