- You should have a clear and effective command of language and excel at simplifying concepts, procedures, and complex technical information.
- You should be an innovative person who can drive ideas from concept through implementation. Basic
- experience in instructional design or curriculum development. 3 - 5 years of
- experience creating content for software systems or equivalent
- experience in information technology, software development, or systems integrations. 3 - 5 years of
- experience with authoring, multimedia, AI, and graphics tools (e.g., Rise, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint). Other
- Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools (e.g., project plans, design documents, content templates).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively and clearly through written materials.
- Deep understanding of Workday products or the ability to quickly develop product knowledge and translate that understanding into meaningful learning content.
