Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, ensuring consistent execution of coaching, accountability, and performance management across all teams.
- Directly lead and develop a small team of Account Executives while also overseeing and coaching Sales Managers and their respective teams.
- Drive office-wide performance across key metrics including revenue, headcount growth, agent productivity, employee retention, and lead generation.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Sales Managers to provide guidance, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment on goals and execution strategies.
- Foster a high-performance culture that is energetic, accountable, and engaging—creating an environment where team members are motivated to succeed and grow long-term within the organization.
- Oversee and approve marketing and lead generation strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with office growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate leadership, other offices, and carrier partners to drive alignment and maximize business outcomes.
- Maintain organization and oversight across all aspects of office operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and general office management.
- Implement and reinforce company initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive innovation, and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience leading other leaders (Sales Managers or equivalent roles) strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of the state licensing exam upon employment. Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.
